Our Commitment

At Qavo, your satisfaction matters. We stand behind the quality of every product we ship.

Returns

We accept returns on unopened, sealed products only. Because our coffees are food products, we cannot accept returns on opened bags for hygiene and safety reasons.

Eligible for Return

  • Product is unopened and in original sealed packaging
  • Return request is made within 7 days of delivery
  • Product was not damaged due to mishandling after delivery

Not Eligible for Return

  • Opened or partially used products
  • Products purchased during a sale or promotion (unless defective)

How to Request a Return

Contact us at qavo@qavocoffee.com or DM us on Instagram @qavo.coffee with your order number and reason for return. We'll guide you through the next steps.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 3–5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
